Sip N' Talk
Where Do Loose Ends Meet
You wanna get wine drunk and talk about it?
Once we reach adulthood, our inner child is often left aside because we assume that we have “outgrown” it. But it remains an inseparable part of us, which accompanies us throughout our lives. Our inner child - just like our adult personality - is confronted with daily life. It experiences everything positive, but also everything negative that happens to us as adults. But, unlike an adult, it has not trained itself any defense mechanisms and has not built up any protective walls and remains a child inside us: vulnerable and defenseless.Like every child in this world, your inner child needs attention, love, care, protection and comfort. Sometimes it desperately tries to manifest itself. In such moments we often feel lonely, helpless, sad and sometimes desperate. Take time to embrace, protect, comfort and love your inner child = your inner self = yourself! You will notice how strengthened and full of confidence you become.

To discover your authentic self, it is important to go back to your child self and understand the impactful experiences that occurred during the birth to age 6 period. During this period, our brain waves are in a theta state, allowing us to soak up language, learn how to exist in the world, and bond with our parent figures. Additionally, self-liberation is achieved by pursuing the true, the beautiful, and the good, and by showing up as your authentic self, which requires vulnerability. Finally, selflessness is the greatest virtue any person can have to ensure their success is inevitable.
Understanding your adult self starts with tapping into your child self. Birth to age 6 is the most formative time in life, and during this period, our brains are soaking up information about the world around us, including messages about our identity and the identity of others. To liberate your authentic self, you must focus on pursuing the true, the beautiful, and the good. This requires you to be vulnerable, to exist in your truth, and to show up as your authentic self. It is only through selfless liberation that you can find inner peace and success.
